Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom orders are none refundable unfortunately as they are made to order. If there is an error on our part with your order then please get in touch so we can put things right.
You are welcome to return applicable items within 14 days from purchase date at your cost. Once received in acceptable resale condition we will refund the total original product cost (not including return postage).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We reserve the right to cancel any order where it is not financially viable to deliver the item in a cost effective manner.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
